To apply for training in working professions, you should attach scanned copies of the originals of the following documents:

• Ukrainian passport (pages 1, 2, registration page);

• identification code;

• certificate of complete general secondary education;

• medical certificate 086-U;

• color photo; 

• receipt of payment for training.

Note: An invoice for payment of coursework will be sent to you by mail after submitting your application.
